Wash the tomato with water.
Cut the pieces of tomato, pumpkin onion, ginger.
In a cooker add tomato, pumpkin, onion, ginger pieces and cook for 3 whistle.
Let it cool and grind it.
Now sieve it.
Cook for 1 boil and add citric acid.
Now add sugar, vinegar and cook for thick consistency.
Now add salt, red chilli powder and sodium banzoate. Cook for 5 minutes.
Switch off the flame and add black pepper in it.
Let it cool and transfer into a jar.
Store for a year.
